Bataan High School for the Arts (BHSA) began as the dream of a visionary leader, the Honorable Jose Enrique S. Garcia III, congressman of the 2nd District of Bataan. Bent on realizing that dream, Congressman Garcia filed House Bill No. 7784( An Act Creating a high School for the Arts in the Province of Bataan to be known as the Bataan High School for the Arts, and Appropriating Funds Thereto) in May 2018.
